1. Eligibility for Returns

• You may return products within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• To qualify for a refund, include the original invoice or order number.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods (like dry fruits) cannot be returned unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by us.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email support@kashmiridryfruit.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:
   • Your order number.
   • Photos/videos of the product issue (if applicable).
2. Return Authorization: We’ll provide a return address and instructions.
3. Ship the Product: Once approved, ship the item using a trackable method.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

5. Damaged or Defective Products

• Report issues within 48 hours of delivery.
